Project
Kennedy Bay
TRANSFORMING A UNIQUE NORTH FACING PORTION OF THE WESTERN AUSTRALIA COASTLINE INTO A THRIVING COMMERCIAL, HOSPITALITY AND RECREATIONAL DESTINATION.
Key Aspects
Home to the world-class Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course, Kennedy Bay is a $425 million coastal community that is transforming 66 hectares of prime coastal land into an unforeseen level of activation for local community and visitors.
Place Development is leading transformation of the masterplanned community including golf course upgrades (designed in collaboration with world-leading golf course architect, Graham Marsh); a new commercial and retail village centre (comprising Long Point Brewing Co. and a future boutique grocer) and delivery of over 900 dwellings with access to beach, public jetty and public moorings.
The precinct is already home to Birdie restaurant and an impressive playground, whilst the new clubhouse incorporates golf support services, and community and recreation facilities.
Designed by Gresley Abas, Kennedy Bay Golf Clubhouse was awarded the WA Commercial Architecture Prize by Australian Institute of Architects in 2022.
Kennedy Bay has maintained a strong sales rate and elevated market positioning since the project’s first release in 2021, with Stage 1 (270 lots) almost sold out. The Kennedy Bay Display Village was successfully launched in 2024 with all builders claiming unrivalled levels of visitation which has been achieved through targeted activations.
