Key Aspects

Outset engagement to produce a development macroplan enabled the Place Development team to ensure 61 Dunn Bay Road was engineered effectively to its location and in turn, target suitable anchor tenants.

The team worked closely with the client, the City of Busselton and many members of the Dunsborough community to shape and deliver a bespoke social hub that is small in scale yet conducive to the Dunsborough built-form landscape.  

The project is carefully designed to ensure a ‘light-touch’ approach to the existing Dugelup Brook creek line and the substantial retention of trees, native landscaping and solar optimisation.
