Key Aspects

Place Development Australia was engaged in 2025 to lead the Facilities Masterplan Project for Cottesloe Golf Club (CGC).

With the Club identifying the opportunity for renewal, activation and engagement, the project aims to improve off-course facilities, enhance the member experience and further extend CGC’s reputation as a premier golf destination.

Working closely with the CGC team, the process is designed to be consultative and non-intrusive, with the result anticipated to be a fully endorsed Masterplan that will then act as a blueprint to bring the Club’s refreshed strategic vision to life and support its evolution as a vital and vibrant contributor to its stunning locality.
